Electronic PDF copies of Bids with the subject line “BID - Town of Rosetown – West Industrial Park Phase 1” shall be emailed to the office of AECOM, saskatoon.reception@aecom.com, before 2:00:00 p.m., local time, on June 4, 2020 from bidders. Emails will not be opened before 2:00:00 p.m.. Should an issue occurring opening the bid, bidders will be notified within 1 hour of opening the bids.

The Work generally comprises:

• Site grading
• Directional drilling of services for 4 industrial lots

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation electronic Bid Documents will only be available.  

There will be no public bid opening.

Bids should be accompanied by scanned copy of a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid Price, payable to the Town of Rosetown.  Failure to provide Bid Security will be a factor taken into account when awarding the contract.
