This Request for Resource (RFR) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of one (1) or more Business Analyst(s), as further described in the RFR Particulars (Appendix A) (the Deliverables).

The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement (SBP), Information Technology Division (ITD), Project Management Office (PMO), on behalf of the Ministry of Social Services (MSS or Ministry) and Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) is looking for one (1) or more Business Analyst(s) with extensive business analysis experience.

The resource(s) will support the SHC Business transformation Project. This project involves the replacement of a legacy system that supports processes that help provide housing services to the citizens of Saskatchewan.

There is potential for the resource(s) to be assigned to other projects as required.
