Replacement of existing make-up air handling unit and remote exhaust fans with new, larger capacity system , complete with heat recovery , including revision and installation of associated distribution ductwork, associated controls ,and accessories . Project shall included required electrical and structural work to facilitate installation of new ventilation system. The work shal lbe carried out while the facility reamins fully functional and the contractor shall be responsible for Infection Prevention and Control measures required to protect facility occupants.
