The City of North Battleford municipal government is acting as a buyer and customer by issuing a request for proposal (RFP)  for single stream recycling collections and processing services (also refered to as recycling service provider) The RFP includes the request by the City to purchase single stream recycling collections and processing services with an option to purchase blue recycling rollout carts.

The city is asking reputable recycling service providers for an honest and fair proposal that is compliant with any and all relevant provincial legislation and procedures as deemed applicable by Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment, and that an offer shall be accurate as to any respresentationmade to price, delivery, payment terms and conditions, quality and value of service, preformance, warranty conditions and other information provided.

The recycling service provider will supply the complete single stream recycling services to the City in accordance with the provisions included in the RFP and any additional terms as agreed upon in a contract

In order to be considered for the proposal, the following shall be completed. Appicant recycling service provider must submit the following in either electronic format or hard copy to the City no later than 3:00PM CST on Wednesday February 20 2019:

• Blue rollout cart collection
• Processing of the collected single stream recyclable materials
• Materials accepted
• Those interested in providing a proposal shall complete Appendices A and B

Applicant recycling service providers must submit the proposal in a secure and non editable electronic format (e.g. Portable Document Format {PDF}) to the email account dwohlberg@cityofnb.ca or deliver 4 hard copies of the proposal to Debbie Wohlberg, Director of Legislative Services, PO Box 460, 1291 101st Street, North Battleford, SK.
