The Ministry of Social Services, Disability Programs would like to study disability support needs assessment tools to better understand the support needs of people with disabilities.

This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) Ministry of Social Services, to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of a study of disability support needs assessment tools. The services will include researching the current shortlisted tools and produce a final report that includes a recommendation of the most suitable assessment tool to meet Saskatchewan’s needs, as further described in the Appendix A: NRFP Particulars.  To ensure that the most suitable tool is recommended.  The ministry is seeking a proponent that specializes in disability assessments and implementing disability support needs assessment tools.
