Moosomin POB requires some renovation improvements; work includes replacement of forty-two windows, three exterior doors c/w hardware and carpet as noted on the drawings. The doors and windows are allowing water infiltration resulting in interior damage, high energy costs, unsafe accommodations and damage to the floor.

Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 1920 Rose Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 0A9 until 2:00 PM CST, September 12, 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter.
Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.

A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled.  Details are available in the tender documents.

Tenders must be accompanied by consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond.

The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
