This competition has been cancelled because: The submitted tenders for this project resulted in the price being significantly higher than MoH’s internal budget target. As a result, the Ministry cancelled this tender. In accordance with General Provision section 1200.6.1, Acceptance of Bid and Execution of Contract, the Ministry reserves the right to reject all Bids and cancel the competition without any liability. At this time, it is not known if, or when, the project will be retendered.
