This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Design Services for the Regina Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Building Roof Replacement Project (the “Project”), as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A).

To fully understand the scope of the requirements, it is mandatory that Proponents attend an in-person site visit before submitting a proposal. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit, please complete Appendix D – Confidentiality Agreement and email it to rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by January 9, 2026. The mandatory site visits are scheduled for January 13, 2026, and January 15, 2026.
