DESCRIPTION OF GOOD(S)

• The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals for Provincial Computed Tomography (CT) Systems.  Such equipment may be deployed in SHA facilities across the province.  Proponents may submit proposals for one or more models of CT.  Proposals that do not meet the Mandatory Requirements will be disqualified.
• SHA is looking to engage one or more vendors to provide new CTs in the Province of Saskatchewan as the need arises.
• The following is a list of sites for the consideration during the term of this agreement:
  • Pasqua Hospital (Replacement)
  • Prince Albert Victoria Hospital (New Building)
  • Saskatoon City Hospital (Replacement)

SPECIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Vendors to provide a response to each of the line items contained in:

• Appendix F - Questions and Answers-Equipment Capabilities, Delivery and Install
• Appendix G - Pricing

RELATED DELIVERABLES AND WORK PRODUCT

• Turnkey options may be considered for all installations.  Owner will request proposal if required.
• Removal & trade-in of existing for all installations.  Owner will request proposal if required.

TERM OF ENGAGEMENT/TIMELINES

• It is the intention of the SHA to enter a 5 (five) year agreement with 2 (two) optional 1 (one) year extensions. Extensions at the sole discretion of SHA.
• SHA assumes the previous agreement language with vendors will be used to establish the new contracts for this equipment.
