The Early Years Branch of the Ministry of Education is seeking applications for Early Years Professional Development Facilitation and Resource Development Services to establish a list (Qualifications List) of pre-qualified facilitators and resource developers. Companies and/or individuals interested in providing these services must have skills in facilitating group learning sessions and/or developing early years resources, experience and knowledge in early learning, and specific knowledge in each of the areas for which they wish to provide service. Applications will be evaluated against a set of criteria to determine applicants’ eligibility to be added to the Pre-Qualifications List.  Applicants may wish to apply to provide one or multiple services.
