The City of Saskatoon seeks a consultant to provide engineering services to assess, design, and implement an all ages and abilities (AAA) neighbourhood bikeway (bike boulevard) cycling connection using rapid deployment methods along Munroe Avenue, from College Drive to 14th Street, approximately 760m.
