The City of Saskatoon is seeking an environmental consultant to complete surficial and groundwater sampling of the Hudson Bay Swale and locations surrounding it. The services include developing a scientifically defensible methodology, completing fieldwork (collecting the water samples), laboratory analysis for contaminants of concern, and reporting the results.
