The scope of Work consists of roof replacement, structural roof upgrades and interior finish upgrades to the gymnasium and stage and re-development of the adjacent washroom and changeroom areas at Waldheim School.

Except as otherwise specified, the Work shall include the supply of all labour, equipment, materials, fittings, fixtures
and services necessary or reasonably incidental to the completion of all Work shown on the drawings and as specified.

Site Examination

A site walk-through for interested Contractors has been scheduled for Thursday March 20, 2025 at 10:30am. All interested parties to meet at the front doors of the School.
Contractors wanting to attend the walk-through are to advise 1080 by emailing ward@1080architecture.com by 3:00pm on Wednesday March 19, 2025.
