This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of The Ministry of Education (MOE) and Good Spirit School Division No. 204 (SD) collectively known as “the Owners”. The Owners are seeking to retain the services of a Prime Consultant and team for the Yorkton Regional High School Renovation (the “Project”), further described in Appendix A – NRFP Particulars.

The Successful proponent will be responsible for architectural and engineering services related to the successful design and construction of Yorkton Regional High School Renovation This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE) and The Good Spirit School Division No. 204 Board of Education as “the Owners”.
