This request for proposal is intended to obtain the provision of audit services for the Prairie Spirit School Division (PSSD) in accordance with Section 85(1)(s) of The Education, 1995.  

It is anticipated that the term of the contract awarded pursuant to this RFP (the “Contract”) will be three fiscal years ending August 31, 2019, August 31, 2020 and August 31, 2021, with the option to extend, subject to re-appointment by the Board of Education for two additional fiscal years.
