1. Saskatchewan Health Authority ("SHA") seeks Bids from qualified contractors to perform To complete the tenant improvements of an area of +/- 5000 sq. ft. to develop this space for a 9-station community satellite Hemodialysis (HD) at Lloydminster Community Services Building - 3830 43 Ave as described in the Contract Documents.
2. Bids must be received by SHA at the email address in full and arrive before [date and time] (Saskatchewan Time).
3. All submissions are to be sent to the following e-mail address, SHABidSubmission@saskhealthauthority.ca.  Submissions will not be accepted if they are sent to any other e-mail address; i.e. DO NOT submit your proposals directly to the SHA Representative/Purchasing Agent/Contract Specialist listed in this RFP.

4. There are two non-mandatory site meeting schedule:

   • May 16, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time)

   •  

     ay 23, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. (Saskatchewan Time)

Meet at Community Services Building (4201 47 Ave, Lloydminster, SK.) front parking lot. 

All Bidders are encouraged to attend the site meeting(s) in order to familiarize themselves with the work site and the true extent of the work. Bidders are responsible for obtaining all necessary information regarding the work site prior to preparing and submitting Bids.
