CONSTRUCTION OF A SURFACING STRUCTURE on the westbound lanes of Highway No. 16, from 6.53 km east of its junction of Highway No. 11 to 5.90 km west and on the eastbound lanes of Highway No. 16, from 8.80 km east of its junction of Highway No. 11 to 8.27 km west; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 14.17 km.
