The work consists of replacement of a steam boiler located in the basement of the
Humboldt Courthouse, as per drawings and specifications prepared by Stantec.

Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and
Procurement until 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time, December 2, 2022 and will be
opened thereafter in accordance with the Tender documents. Tenders must be
submitted via e‐mail, following the Instructions to Bidders included in the Tender
documents.

Full bid packages will be made available to interested bidders by contacting the
consultant, Stantec Consulting Ltd., 100 – 75 24th Street East, Saskatoon,
dwayne.kostiuk@stantec.com. Telephone: 306‐667‐2510. Arrangements for
distribution of the packages will be coordinated with each interested party upon request
via email. Printed copies of the bid packages will not be provided for this process.

General Contractors will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to
documents being issued.

documents.

Tenders will be evaluated based on the information contained in the tender
documents. The Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement reserves the right to reject
any or all tenders received.
