The successful proponent will provide a Recreation Management System that meets all
the functional requirements laid out in Appendix D – System Functionality Requirements.
The Proponent will also provide all encompassing ongoing services, including but not
limited to: project management, system implementation, City of Lloydminster specific
customizations, data migration, training and post implementation support.
