This Negotiated Request for Proposal (NRFP) is issued by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) on behalf of the Holy Trinity Catholic School Division and the Prairie South School Division (the “Client”). The Client is seeking to retain the services of an Independent Commissioning Authority for the new Moose Jaw Joint-Use School (the “Project”), further described in Appendix A – NRFP Particulars.

The Successful proponent will be responsible for Commissioning Services related to the successful transition of four (4) Holy Trinity and Prairie South schools into a single joint-use school. This Project will be a collaborative effort between The Ministry of Education (MOE), The Board of Education for the Holy Trinity Catholic School Division (HTCSD) and the Prairie South School Division (PSSD) collectively known as “the Owners”.
