The Rural Municipality of Hillsdale No. 440 calls for tenders for a 3 year contract to:

            Crush approximately 16,000 Cubic Yards of Type 105 Gravel per year

            Load

            Pit fees

            Hauling with rate adjustable to fuel price over $1.15 per litre.

Please quote for 7/8”, 1 1/4” and 2” gravel product.

You must have access to a gravel pit located within the boundaries of the Rural Municipality of Hillsdale No. 440.  Please indicate your pit location.

Weigh slips are required for products delivered to the RM of Hillsdale roads and shop.

Sealed Tenders to be received by Thursday, April 4, 2019 at 10:00 am.

Tenders for any portion of the municipality or portion of the tender request will be accepted.

Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
