The work consists of the rehabilitation of the initial 220 meters of the M2 Canal located near Outlook, SK, as described below:
• Earthworks to enlarge the existing canal.
• Gravel armour bed and slope protection.
• Drain inlet structures.
• Flow meter re-installation.
• Class 1 erosion protection at Outlet Structure M2-1 and Bridge M2-2.
• Miscellaneous Jobsite Work and structure components.

WSA is responsible for water management in the Province of Saskatchewan, which includes managing the Province’s water supply, protecting water quality, ensuring safe drinking water and the treatment of wastewater, reducing flood and drought damage, protecting aquatic habitat, and managing 72 dams and related supply channels.
