Sealed tenders for Roof Replacement and Mechanical Upgrade for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., CST, March 21, 2019, at the office of Living Skies Housing Authority, Suite 101-1916 Dewdney Ave., Regina, Saskatchewan, S4R 1G9, on behalf of the Battlefords Housing Authority.

Description of the Work:  Approximate area 10,070 square feet of roof Replacement and Mechanical Upgrade for an 86-suite, nine-storey apartment building.

Tenders must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque or Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender.

Subcontractors/Suppliers shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors.

Plans and specifications may be viewed at Regina, North Battleford and Saskatoon Construction Associations.

There will be a Mandatory site review meeting on site on March 6, 2019 at 1:30 P.M. CST.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
