Sealed Tenders are invited from General Contractors for the construction of The Railway Avenue Water Main Replacement for the Town of Kerrobert.  Sealed Tenders will be recieved at the office of the Consulting Engineers up to 2 p.m., C.S.T., Thursday. August 13th, 2020 and will be opened immediately thereafter:?

The work includes:

1. Supply and installation of approx. 725 lin m. of 150mm water main along Railway Avenue, extending from Bosworth Street to Highway 51.
2.  Installation of related fittings, valves, hydrants and service connections.
3.  Provision of roads for ingress and egress to the  locations of all work required.
4.   Clean up of site.
5.  Repair of defects in workmanship and/or materials for a period of one year after completion of work. 

General Contractors may obtain a digital copy of the Contract Documents from the Office of the Constulting Engineer.  Hardcopies are also available for a deposit of $150.00, which will be refunded provided that the documents are returned in good condition within 10 days of closing of Tenders.

Each Tender must be on the forms provided and be accompanied by a certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of Ten percent ( 10%) of the Tendered amount.

The owner reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and will not necessarily accept the lowest tender.

The project is funded by the Canada- Saskatchewan New Building Canada Fund - Small Communities Fund.
