Light of Christ Catholic Schools (“LOCCS”) has prepared the following Request for Proposals (“RFP”) to seek support from qualified firms (“Proponents” and/or “the Proponent”) to provide Commissioning Agent (“CA”) services on the John Paul II Collegiate Renovations Project (the “Project”). LOCCS has engaged BTY Consultancy Group Inc. (“BTY”) as the Owner’s Representative Project Manager to oversee the delivery of the project. BTY will be coordinating this RFP process.
