Aberdeen School: Replacement of 1,830 m2 (19,700 ft2) of existing roofing system with new SBS roofing system in the Base Bid and possible Alternate roof areas totalling 1,378 m2 (14,825 ft2).

Plans and specifications in electronic PDF format are available from 1080 Architecture, Planning and Interiors and SaskTenders.ca or may be viewed at the Regina, Moose Jaw and Saskatoon Construction Association offices.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety.

Roofers can bid as General Contractors. Roofers must be CRCA members.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

SITE EXAMINATION

A site walk-through for interested Contractors has been scheduled for Wednesday, May 6th between 1:30pm and 3:00pm for groups of 5 contractors at 30 minute intervals.

You must pre-register for the walk-through by emailing ward@1080architecture.com

A schedule will be established based on first come first served.

No one will be allowed to enter if they have been out of the country and back in Canada for less than 2 weeks.

No one who is feeling unwell or carrying flu like symptoms will be permitted into space.

Social distancing is to be maintained during walkthrough.

All interested parties to meet at the front doors.
