The Prairie Spirit School Division (PSSD), as represented by the Finance Department, is requesting Proposals for the provision of architectural services for the Clavet Renovation Project as outlined in the attached Appendix D – RFP (Scope of Work) and in accordance with conditions stated herein.  Through this Request for Proposal PSSD seeks to:

Select the successful Proponent.
Specify the conditions that would govern any resulting Contract.
Determine the fee structure.

The commencement date of the Contract  will be August 20, 2020 and shall remain in effect until completion of the warranty phase of the Project, unless otherwise terminated in accordance with the terms outline herein.
