BMS Upgrade: Central User Interface & DDC Controllers LUs 1-4 -- LLM22062
The work consists of upgrades to the existing Building Management System (BMS) within the Provincial Correctional Centre, Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, as per drawings and specifications prepared by HDA Engineering. The planned scope includes:
1. A complete new standardized graphics package for the existing Niagara 4 open protocol platform and all existing legacy controls for the entire site.
2. Establishment and archiving of trend data for all points.
3. Commissioning and verification of the new graphics package.
4. Replacement of the existing DDC controllers in Living Units 1 to 4 including removal and replacement of all pneumatic control devices and installation of additional sensors.
Secure electronic tenders will be received by the Ministry of SaskBuilds and Procurement until 2:00 P.M. Saskatchewan Time, August 15, 2024.
