SRC requires the supply of an Air Compressor system for the new Rare Earth Elements (REE) plant in Saskatoon.

Process Description:

• The air compressor is to operate automatically when the system air pressure reaches the set-point value.  The air compressor will be air cooled.
• The air compressor will operate on an intermittent basis but considered heavy duty service with scheduled maintenance.
• The air compressor and ancillary systems shall be guaranteed for fitness of purpose and against any defective materials, workmanship, and any mechanical defect.
• Caustic air receiver will be used to provide compressed air system to caustic filter press (by Others). Size of caustic air receiver is recommended by filter press supplier while instrument and plant air receiver sizes are to be confirmed by Respondent based on air compressor performance data.
