For the supply, processing and delivery of street sanding aggregate to the City Yards. This includes sand with salt, and sand with salt and liquid de-icer.

A quotation to be submitted in the prescribed format labeled "RFQ No. 20-0319" will be received up to 2:00:59 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Monday, August 31, 2020.

***IMPORTANT***  Bid Submission requirements have changed.  The City no longer accepts hard copy or paper submission.

The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Submission requirements for bonds have changed. The Consent of Surety is required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner.  A Scanned Copy or Facsimiles of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.  See bid documents for instruction.
