The Electrical Maintenance, System Testing and Verification Program shall provide the University with ongoing electrical system inspection, testing and preventive maintenance. The Service Program shall be developed, scheduled, administered, and updated by the Contractor. The service activities will be directed and scheduled, on a regular basis, with the Contractor's comprehensive computerized maintenance management system, based upon manufacturer's recommendations, equipment location, application, type, age, runtime and as hereinafter specified. The University shall be kept informed of the program's progress and results on a continuing basis by the Contractor's computerized maintenance management system that makes reports available electronically.
