Cathedral Community Centre Roof Replacement Project -- COR4263
Sealed Tenders marked "COR4263 - Cathdreal Community Centre Roof Replacement Project" will be received by the City of Regina, City Hall, Main Floor, Ambassadors Desk or 5th Floor Purchasing Branch 2476 Victoria Avenue, P.O. Box 1790, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 3C8, no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on August 8, 2018.
The major items of work are as follows:
- Remove and dispose of existing roof systems. Supply new SBS roof system on roof sections 1 and 6.
- Remove and dispose of existing roof systems. Supply new metal roof systems on roof sections 2-5 and 7-12.
- Remove and re-install existing mechanical components as outlined in drawings and specifications.
On July 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m., a pre-tender meeting will be held at the Cathedral Community Centre, 2900 - 13th Avenue, Regina, Saskatchewan for the purpose of allowing inspection by prospective bidders and answering questions.
Bid results will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
