The project involves mechanical upgrades to various areas of the school including boiler and pump replacements and additions, ventilation upgrades and replacements and control system upgrades. Work includes a 232m2 (2,500ft2) roof replacement, architectural finish upgrades,
localized structural reinforcing of roof structures and electrical connections to the new mechanical equipment.

Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond / Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender and a Consent of Surety.
Subcontractors shall file their Bids directly to General Contractors.

A site walk through has been scheduled for Friday, May 21, between 9:30 and 12:30 to allow for small groups to accommodate social distancing.

All contractors must pre-register for the walkthrough by emailing Ward Peters at ward@1080architecture.com by noon on May 19th.

Confirm number in your party to attend walkthrough in email. 

A schedule will be established based on first come first served and will be distributed the day before. 

Please be advised that masks must be worn in the school and parties attending are responsible for their own masks. 

No one will be allowed to enter if they have been out of the country and back in Canada for less than two weeks.

No one who is feeling unwell or carrying flu like symptoms will be permitted into the space.

Social distancing is to be maintained during the walkthrough. 

Use of hand sanitizer or hand washing will be required upon entering and exiting the facility.

Contractors visiting the site will meet at the front entrance of the school. 

All attendees will be required to complete the school divisions online COVID screening on the day of the walk through. The link to the
screening website will be sent when your walk through time has been confirmed.
