Conseil des écoles fransaskoise is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for replacing one MAU  at pavillon Monique Rousseau located at 1407, Albert avenue , Saskatoon ,S7H 5R8. The project includes removing existing MAU and installing new equipment plus electrical connection only to the second one we just buy . All work must follow current building, electrical, mechanical, and fire codes.

Contractors must be certified for A2L refrigerants and capable of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work. Required permits (TSASK, fire, mechanical) are the responsibility of the contractor. 

The project timeline runs from july20  to October 1, 2025, . Site visits are available on July 16 at 11 to 12: 30 pm. 

Tender closes July 23, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Submissions must include a breakdown of costs, equipment, and a proposed schedule. Bids can be submitted by email, mail, or in person.

The school board  is not obligated to accept the lowest bid.
