Sealed tenders for the replacement of the heat exchangers on two Aerco Benchmark high efficiency boilers in Scott Towers located at 2501 Louise Street, Saskatoon SK will be received at the Saskatoon Housing Authority maintenance shop located at 1025 Avenue P South, Saskatoon SK S7M 2X5 until 11:00 a.m. on June 25th, 2020.  Scott Tower is a 11 storey seniors elevator apartment.

Bids shall be made on the form provided in the Tender package and delivered in a opaque sealed envelope with the bidders name and the project clearly marked on the outside of the envelope.  The Tender Opening will be closed to bidders due to COVID-19.  Bidders will be notifed of the tender outcomes following the openings.

Tenders $50,000 and over must be accompanied by a Certified Cheque, Irrevocable Letter of Credit or Bid Bond in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the bid price, made payable to the Saskatoon Housing Authority.

Bidders requiring access to the building will be required to complete and COVID-19 Health Screening Checklist and come prepared with PPE (mask and gloves).  The Successful bidder will be required to provide a COVID SAFE WORK PLAN including PPE.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
