This RFP is to identify professional project management Proponents who can provide experienced project management support in the delivery of the Project including but not limited to: Project initiation, determination of the Project delivery model, tender review, construction management, contract administration, commissioning, Project close-out, and, if necessary and depending on the delivery model, procurement of design consultants and development of design drawings and specifications,.  In particular, PSSD is considering the inclusion of a complete, operational solar power generation system, which will require (but not be limited to) a feasibility study, option analysis, design, procurement, installation and commissioning.
