Bank of Montreal - 5th Floor Space Improvement -- CS-OOM19001
The work consists of a complete tenant fit-up which includes; removal of some existing walls and doors, construction of new walls, install new doors, paint, mechanical, electrical and other renovation works according to the specifications and drawings.
Tender documents will NOT be available via e-mail.
Sealed tenders will be received by the Ministry of Central Services, 1920 Rose Street, Regina, Saskatchewan, S4P 0A9 until 2:30 PM CST, June 27, 2019 and will be opened in public immediately thereafter. Interested general contractors may obtain tender documents from SaskTenders.
A pre-tender site visit has been scheduled. Details are available in the tender documents.
Tender documents may also be viewed at Construction Association offices. Tenders must be accompanied by consent of surety and certified cheque or bid bond. The Ministry of Central Services reserves the right to reject any or all tenders received.
