This Expression of Interest (EOI) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS), on behalf of the Ministry of Health (MoH), for the purposes of gathering interest from the marketplace to identify suppliers capable of performing the services outlined. Proponents are asked to provide information for Case and Contact Management Services for COVID-19 as further described in the EOI Particulars (Appendix A).

The intention of this EOI is to identify qualified service providers that can conduct Case and Contact Management for COVID-19 as determined by the MoH and/or Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA). Case and contact management includes a variety of roles including notification, investigation, contact tracing, and case and contact monitoring.

The GOS will begin looking at Submissions and contracting proponents as soon as they are received due to the urgent nature of the services. GOS may enter into multiple agreements with more than one proponent.
