This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of

the Prairie Spirit School Division No.206 (the “Client”). The Client is seeking to retain a Prime

Consultant team for the new Prairie Spirit School Division No. 206 – Rosthern School.

The Board has received approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) to proceed with

preliminary design for the Rosthern School Project. Rosthern School will be a new Pre-K

to12 school that is approximately 6,165 square meters in area and will incorporate a 30

space daycare. The new school will be built on the existing high school property

(adjacent to the existing high school) to achieve a minimum LEED Silver certification.

The existing site is to be developed to accommodate a Pre-K to12 school program. The

project will be delivered using a conventional design-bid-build methodology.

Successful experience in school division projects is essential and highly valued by

Prairie Spirit School Division (PSSD); this will bring us success in our new project. Each

firm responding to this RFP must demonstrate that they have successfully completed

similar school projects, their team has the knowledge, education and resources to

complete the project within the specified schedule.
