The Saskatchewan Housing Corporation (SHC) invites prospective proponents to provide submissions for the construction of a 4-bedroom residential facility group home located at 117 St. John Street in Regina SK as further described in the attached documents.

The scope of the project includes the general construction of a new 195.1 m² (2100 ft²) 4-bedroom group homes with basement and associated site works.  Refer to drawings for full extent of the work.
