This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating to the supplier community that eHealth (eHS) intends to award a contract with Hewlett Parkard Enterprise Canada on the basis that they are the only supplier able to provide services, thereby allowing other suppliers to signal their interest in bidding, by submitting a statement of capabilities.

Written statements of the suppliers capabilities, referencing the ACAN #eHS202021-C19000366 are to be received on or before 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, April 21, 2020.  If no supplier submits a statement of capabilities that meets the requirements set out in this ACAN, on or before the closing date stated in the ACAN, eHealth may then proceed with the award.
