CONSTRUCTION OF A 831.5 m SUBSURFACE DRAINAGE PIPE adjacent to Highway No. 914 approximately 66.5 km north of Pinehouse; includes open cut excavation and trenchless methods of daylighting the subsurface drainage pipe under the highway; includes DEWATERING by means of well installation and pumping; includes INSTALLATION OF A CULVERT through Highway No. 914.
