Removal of approx. 10,250 ft² (952 m²) of existing BUR roof system

Installation of new SBS roof system

Includes fall protection upgrades Completion Deadline: April 30, 2026

A mandatory on-site review of the project for all interested Bidders has been set for 10:00AM on Thursday,
August 14, 2025. Bidders must attend in order for their bid to be considered. RMIS reserves the right to

Bid Submission:

• Only electronic submissions accepted via email to: engineering@rmiseng.ca
• Hard copies and in-person submissions will not be accepted
• Email attachments must be under 20MB; use Dropbox or similar services if needed
• Late submissions will not be considered

Bid Requirements:

• Stipulated sum bids only; partial/incomplete bids will be rejected
• Limited unit price work included
• Bid security of 10% of the total bid must accompany submission
• Bidders must be qualified and certified applicators with approved manufacturers

Evaluation & Award:

• Bids will be opened privately
• RMIS and Living Sky School Division reserve the right to request additional information and verify original documents
• The lowest bid will not necessarily be accepted
