RFP200082, Passing Lanes Kindersley to Alberta

This project involves construction administration for Highway 7 passing lanes and intersection improvements between Kindersley and the Alberta border as outlined in Contract H20008.

Stage 1 involved a technical submission that has been evaluated in RFQ200077. The scores from stage 1 will be combined with the results of the evaluation of this stage 2 for this project.

This competition has been cancelled because: The submitted tenders for this project resulted in the price being significantly higher than MoH’s internal budget target. As a result, the Ministry cancelled this tender. In accordance with Section 1200.6.1 of Acceptance of Bid and Execution of Contract, the Ministry reserves the right to reject all Bids and cancel the competition without any liability. The project scope will be reviewed and is planned to be retendered in the 2020-21 fiscal year.

Only shortlisted firms from RFQ-200077 are eligible to respond to this RFP.  Any submissions received from proponents who are not shortlisted – will not be accepted or evaluated.

GOS will evaluate one proposal submission for this RFP from each qualified proponent. In the case of multiple submissions to this RFP the last submission will be evaluated.
