For Asphalt patching (including deep and shallow patching, spot milling and filling, and overlay/blade leveling).  The scope of work includes asphalt saw cutting & removal, asphalt milling, excavation to waste, supply and placement of base and asphalt, including compaction of base, base preparation or subgrade prep and asphalt paving, and illegal driveway fillet removal.

A quotation to be submitted in the prescribed format labeled "RFQ No. 20-0016" will be received up to 2:00:59 p.m. Saskatchewan Time, Tuesday, April 28, 2020

The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company.

The lowest or any quotation not necessarily accepted.
