This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of Regina (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Banking Services and Purchase Card Program as further described in Section A – Deliverables of Appendix D - RFP Particulars.

It is the City’s intent to procure a qualified provider who has experience in banking services described in this document commencing September 1, 2020 for banking services, April 30, 2020 for Purchase Card Program, for a five-year term.  The City seeks to engage and to encourage innovation and welcomes multiple proposals from proponents for the services required in this RFP. The City’s primary objectives for this RFP are to select a provider that offers competitive, but reasonable and sustainable financial pricing as well as superior service levels
