The Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) school board in the Province of Saskatchewan has issued this Tender for the provision of architectural, engineering consulting and facilities management services (‘Services’) for all fourteen (14) french-language schools in the district on an “as and when requested” basis. 

CÉF is inviting any architectural and/or engineering consulting firms who are interested, and who have expertise and qualifications in the following multi-disciplinary professional domains:

Architectural Consulting
Structural Engineering and Consulting
Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Facility Management and Consulting
Civil and Landscape Consulting

The contract term for Services will be for three years, with two additional option years.

Conseil des écoles fransaskoises (CÉF) intends to select one (1) company/consulting firm based on their experience, and that of their sub-consultants, and based on the ability to meet the requirements of this Tender.  The successful Bidder will provide Architectural, Engineering Consulting and Facilities Management Services where the construction budget is less than $200,000 or where the anticipated consulting fees will be less than $75,000.
