The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the SHA’s intention to award a Purchase Order (PO) for these goods to Tema Sinergie S.p.A Via Marcello Malpighi 120 – 48018 Faenza RA, Italy. Before awarding a PO, however, the SHA is providing other suppliers with the opportunity to demonstrate that they are capable of satisfying the requirements set out in this Notice, by submitting a statement of capabilities during the 10 business days posting period.
