This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan, Ministry of Social Services, Child and Family Programs to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the development and operation of one or two Family Preservation Programs – Intensive In-home Support Services, serving Center and North Service Areas (submissions may be for one location of preference or for both locations).

Family preservation programs provide direct and/or indirect intensive interventions to families during and post crisis to prevent children from entering the care of the MSS or minimizing the time they spend in care.
