The Board of Education of the Regina School Division No. 4 of Saskatchewan (the "RBE") is inviting proposals from qualified Structural Engineering Consulting companies for the purpose of creating multi-use lists of pre-qualified consultants (the “Consultants”) who are interested in providing consulting services as outlined in this RFP, on an as-needed basis to RBE. The timeframe of this agreement will be a three (3) year term, with the option to extend for one (1) or more additional terms of two (2) years, (each a “Renewal Term”) upon the mutual agreement of both parties.
